REAL project promotes a Higher Education (HE) reform process aimed at making HE in Laos more relevant and attractive, HE programmes better designed and balanced in terms of student workload, and HE teaching more effective.

REAL partner universities – NUOL, SU, SKU, & CU – will be working on developing stronger links with labour market representatives. So if you are an employer/ industry representative interested in

(1) sharing your thoughts on what will make HE studies in Laos more relevant and HE graduates more attractive to employers, and/or

(2) supporting HEIs in Lao PDR in their task of preparing employment-/industry-ready graduates, please get in touch with REAL Project institutional coordinators at REAL partner universities

– REAL Consultation about what students need to know, be able to do and what skills and competences will make it easier for students to find employment or become successfully self-employed – we will be looking for labour market representatives who employ graduates from the Bachelor programs listed below.
